About Us
William G. Watson
William G. “Jerry” Watson is a former senior intelligence officer of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) with over 30 years of experience in managing clandestine operations and intelligence analysis. Jerry is among a small cadre who successfully served multiple tours in both the operations and analysis functions at the CIA, including serving in war zones in both roles.
Jerry was also among the first CIA managers that built the analytical capabilities of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) where he was responsible for assessing the potential chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threat capabilities of global terrorist groups. At NCTC, he managed two multi-agency teams that produced high-impact analysis for policymakers, provided critical intelligence briefings to senior USG officials on emerging CBRN terrorism threats, and represented NCTC in Homeland Security Council meetings at the White House.
In more recent years, Jerry’s work has focused on the management of intelligence collection on foreign technology within a joint Department of Defense/CIA operations group. Jerry retired from federal government service at the end of 2017 and moved to the private sector to provide geopolitical risk research and analysis, as well as training on analytic tradecraft.

Vice President
DeNeige V. Watson
DeNeige (Denny) Watson spent the first 27 years of her career as an intelligence analyst at the CIA. In addition to creating and leading several large, innovative analytic programs, she served as the President’s Daily Briefer (PDB) to Vice President Gore and Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, and also served on the Senate Armed Services Committee staff for Senator Nunn.
She is one of only three officers ever to have served as a PDB Briefer in more than one Administration. She also created and led the CIA's first performance management and business analytics capability and then the analytic group that led to the creation of the CIA's big data analysis capability. She created the methodology that the CIA still uses to evaluate the quality of its analytic production.
After earning her MBA in 2007 (valedictorian), Denny moved to the private sector where she has been delivering solutions to address emerging global risk challenges. Denny has been the Executive Director of the RiskDesk at RANE (Risk Assistance Network + Exchange) since 2015. Prior to that, she led the digital intelligence practice at Ambassador Crumpton’s risk intelligence company.
Denny is currently an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University, where she teaches a course in critical thinking in analysis, as well as George Washington University where she has taught a course in data analysis and cyber security. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals (AIRIP).
